I open commissions, prices are negotiable. I'm trying to get money because i literally have no food in my house, credit card bills are pilling up and i need cash to get to my college because the train aint free (although i wish it were). so here i am just puttin' it out there that commissions are excepted. Just ask and i probably can draw it for you. Make sure you specify if you want it colored or not.
